UMass Memorial Specialty Pharmacy makes it easy for you to receive your medications. We can deliver your medications to your home, bring them to you when you are seeing a physician at the University Campus of UMass Memorial Medical Center, or you can pick them up at our pharmacy located on the first floor of the Ambulatory Care Center building on the University Campus. 

PICK UP

UMass Memorial Specialty Pharmacy will work with you to provide fast and convenient pickup of your medications.  Simply let our Patient Care Center know that you would like to pick up your medications at our pharmacy and we will have your prescription ready.  If you are being discharged from the hospital or seeing your physician on the University Campus of UMass Memorial Medical Center, let our staff know and we can arrange delivery to you before leaving the hospital.  You can reach us at 1-888-639-3988.

DELIVERY

UMass Memorial Specialty Pharmacy will work with you to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your medications. 

• We will verify your shipping address each time we call you for a refill to ensure we have accurate and complete information
• If you have a change to any of your shipping information or would like us to send your medications to a different location, call us and we will update your information
• Some medications will need to be refrigerated. To ensure the safety of these medications, you or a designee will need to be available to accept the delivery
