UMass Memorial Specialty Pharmacy was designed to fully integrate with the patient’s clinical care team:

• Our condition-specific pharmacy experts are available to work together with you, the healthcare provider, to develop each patient’s personalized care plan.
• Our pharmacy is located at UMass Memorial Medical Center and we can bring the patient’s medication to them upon discharge from the hospital or clinic. We can also provide follow-up refill service.
• Our team of pharmacists and service representatives are able to educate your patients and support therapy adherence as well as advocate on the patient’s behalf, such as by helping with claims assistance and insurance issues.
• Our focus includes both specialty and non-specialty (retail) prescriptions for your specialty patients
